My postpartum packages include an initial call and a visit to your home before baby arrives. This will give me the opportunity to meet your family, if applicable and become familiar with your space. We will talk about your birth preferences and plans, and go into more detail about what kind of support is right for your family after baby arrives.

The two packages are based on the number of 4 hour visits in the first 8 weeks postpartum. If you’d like to book me after that, I offer an hourly rate.
