I offer postpartum support in Sonoma and Marin Counties. My work is rooted in maternal care. I believe that in order for the birther to recover and heal after birth while caring for her new baby, she needs to have her needs met first. I practice intuitively, meeting each family where they are and supporting the needs of each family member so that the transition can feel as smooth as possible. I accept most major health insurance plans in CA.

Postpartum Support

In home postpartum care focusing on maternal support. Includes cooking nourishing meals that support healing and recovery after birth, making herbal teas, herbal baths, belly wrapping, and light housework. This is not an exhaustive list, postpartum care will look different for every family.

Belly Wrapping & Womb Massage

This offering is for a one time visit. I’ll come to your home for a belly wrapping ritual which includes a womb massage and belly wrap. I’ll educate you and your partner on how to do it so you can do it every day at home. This includes a cotton wrap for you to keep.
